We have ours paired up with google nest cameras on the outside of the house and they are amazing. I will admit during the winter months when the sun isn't out much... it doesn't hold battery for long (duh) but it does something! They work great and we recommend them to everyone that points them out!

1 of my cameras in direct sun light is failing to keep my camera charged. While it has a higher amount of traffic, the camera was dead in less than 3 days.

The solar panel is easy to mount and easy to adjust. I’ve just installed it. I’ll monitor it for the next week or so to see if it’s working. I think it should work perfectly.

Tuve que habilitar un contacto por que la carga solar no era suficiente y se apagaba rapido la camara

I did a lot of research and I noticed that some of the solar panels did not properly connect with the Google Camera, what I mean by that is that the camera does not recognize the solar panel as something to connect to. When it happens, the battery does not charge properly.This product, however, worked just fine, since the very first day, I'm getting the "Solar" message on Google Home, which means it's using solar power instead of the batteries. Even with cloud-ish days, it still works fine. Highly recommend this product.

Bought the google outdoor wireless cameras about a year ago, and while they are quite nice, it can get a little annoying when the batteries run out and have to climb up to get the camera down to plug into a power source to recharge the battery. And normally, it can take around 12 hours to recharge. Looked for a solar solution and found these during Prime days in July and they are perfect. Have not had to recharge the cameras at all, and they have constant power. Extremely easy to install.
