I absolutely love these! I saw one like these on a video and decided I needed one! Found these during my Amazon search. I couldn't be happier. They clean up easily and storage is so convenient since they nest together.

Before I bought this product, I read lots or reviews and at first I was hesitant to buy it.But the only thing I can say, it is a good sifter. I am a homebaker and used it a lot during Easter season, and it worked fine. I had no problems sifting flour or powdered sugar. It won't sieve dry yeast or granulated sugar - which is great if you forgot how much you've already added.

The best way to use these is to place a glass full of flour over a measuring bowl and turn the glass around in a circle, within seconds you will have your measurements perfect. I use then with a paper plate under them so there is no loss of flour or powdered sugar. A quick wash, tap on the side of the sink and it is ready to move to next project. I imagine that these would also be able to be used to bake in, lined with the proper parchment. Perfect size for the bowls that I have! Great value and no blisters on fingers after using for hours! Functional, sturdy and quicker to use than traditional sifters!

I mill my own flour at home. One of the advantages of that, having the whole grain in the flour, can also be a disadvantage. When I need a whiter flour -- that is, one without so much of the bran and germ -- this 60 mesh set is perfect to remove it. It's super fine. Yes, it can takes a while to get a significant amount of flour through the mesh, but I never do so much that it's frustrating. Just move it back and forth over a bowl like a person panning for gold or an archaeologist sifting through dirt. These two sizes of sifters are sturder and well-made, though they aren't heavy-duty. They keep their shape, however, and arrived in perfect condition because of their construction. If your goal is just to sift flour to remove any clumps, you might want to get the larger hole 40 mesh instead.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
