I'm very happy with this toner cartridge. It actually works not like the previous one I bought from another vendor. Instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely purchase this again.

UPDATE: While I had issues with the black cartridges, the seller was FABULOUS and was diligent in making things right. Their customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced. They worked hard to make things right, and I will definitely continue ordering from them.I bought this set after reading the reviews. The box the cartridges came in was flimsy. I needed the Cyan first, so I installed it, and it worked well. Then, I needed the Magenta and eventually the Yellow. All of those worked great. Today, I needed to replace the black. The first one didn't work, as I still got the message that my black toner needed to be replaced. I tried the second one. It didn't work, either. Same message. There are stickers on the cartridges that state if you get an error message, remove the cartridge and try again. The sticker says if that doesn't work, contact the seller. It didn't work, and I tried many times with both cartridges to the point that my printer stopped recognizing one of them as even being installed.Great price, but what good is a great price if they don't all work?
