On laptops the HDMI cables tend to just stick out to the side or back so takes up space. Now I can add the adapter to place the cable to the side and not take up area. The selection is better then having to order the type you need at the time and have to buy another when you need it.

I used these on the back of my 4k tv and a sound bar. Work well so my HDMI cables don't have to 90 degree bend.

I THOUGHT I needed a "90 degree" HDMI cable so my Blu-ray player could sit flat against the wall, but turns out I just needed this 6 pack assortment. I have learned that HDMI " elbows ", because of their unique shape, can be built in four distinct configurations: 90 degrees, 270 degrees ( I disagree, it's not 270, it's actually 180°), or can sweep left or right 90°, and left or right 270°.THIS assortment is all that's required to make your HDMI Cable come of your Blu-ray player, TV, cable box, etc., out at the angle that works best without kinking. I ended up using a right handed 'sweep to solve my issue. Picture and sound quality is not the least diminished. HIGHLY recommend.

Overall they are working, as long as you don't touch them when in use.2x of these in use on different laptops and both are loosing connection when you just touch them.
