So far so good, this thing looks amazing. Will be installing tomorrow and will update my review.So it's working but I'm not sure if everything is hooked up properly. The video provided to me along with the pamphlet of instructions have conflicts and instructions are pretty unclear.My reverse camera function is grainy and looks terrible now, the software is pretty bad aswell.Android auto is always fighting to connect right away, but that is mostly what I use due to the software being terrible..[I had to forget my phone in the stereo to stop the auto reconnect so I could attempt to connect to my home wifi. Even though I am connected in android settings somehow I still have no internet connection on their pre installed youtube app.]There is no play store installed on this device and their is little to no end user control of an android ecosystem.I'm pretty let down and dissatisfied. If this unit was cheaper it wouldn't be so bad but this is not good for the price.

Update: after having stereo installed for 2 weeks i have a completely different experienceOpinion on itThis stereo is absolute garbage. Bluetooth connection is so poor it barely connects now and if it does, it disconnects as soon as I press play on my music. ALSO can never get the 2 songs that comes programmed under local music to shut off, and you cannot remove the music or video from display. Very poor quality, next to no directions on how to set up , and the internet , and microphone don't work well. Strongly recommend not wasting your time with this

Relatively straightforward installation, my first time installing something like this, took me 5-6 hours because I wanted to take my time and get it right, radio works good and a great upgrade for the truck, my only complaint would be the lack of instructions on how to navigate the different screens and setting up all the features, I emailed the selling company and they responded quickly and helped me with my questions right away.

This head unit looks great and the wireless Carplay works very well. It definitely modernizes the interior of my daughter's 2017 2500HD.It is relatively easy to install, though the instructions are a little lacking. There are multiple wiring harnesses, which is good so that it is compatible, but confusing since the reverse trigger wiring isn't clearly labeled. Eventually the instructions do show you which wire to use, but it is not intuitive. The CANBUS interface is nice so that the vehicle functions show up on screen (HVAC controls, door open notifications, etc.)Very much worth the money to upgrade the vehicle to modern technology.
