Doesn't work... check everything and it was the light not working.. don't recommend.

This is a great fit for the Grand Caravan OEM third brake light. It does take some work to get to the light, but not too bad. The entire interior panel of the rear door needs to be removed, and the cowl over the outside of the rear door has to come off. Once you are there, two screws and one connector has to be removed, And then reverse the process. The light looks great. I hope the other drivers appreciate it, since I will rarely see it! LOL

Update: Got no support from seller, but Amazon sent a replacement. The replacement didn't work either, after messing around with it for a while I accidentally put the plug in upside down and it lit up. So, the polarity was wrong on the second one which is why it didn't work. I unpinned the connector on my van and reversed the wiring so it would work. I did try the first one that way since I hadn't shipped it back yet and it still didn't work. I noticed that the first one has a rattle if you shake it and the second one doesn't, that explains why the first one doesn't work at all. Still a one star since I had to rewire the van, and got zero support from the seller. However, the light does look good now that it's installed and working.Bought this because I wanted the smoked lens, the factory one worked just fine. This one did not work right out of the box. Put the stock one back in and sent this garbage back.
