The hitch was a good price. It did take longer for me to install than I thought it would but that was not caused any issues from the hitch. It seems like a strong hitch.

The product is great. Once installed it looks good and works great. I watched the uhaul videos. Be sure to watch the newest video for the 2024 Model y. Some little things have changed. You should reinstall the old bumper on top of the new hitch. That process is a little different than the video. I removed the the old bumper with the brackets. I then put the hitch on the bolts then put the bumper back on with the bracket between the hitch and the bumper. The whole process took me about 3 hours and the reassembly went smoother than I thought it would.

Install was 2:15 and i took my time. Went on smooth and put everything back together. Only issue is the hitch sits about an inch too high (see pic). Doesn't effect anything major except I had to modify the plastic magnetic hitch cover with a new magnet to make it work (see pic). All together... great price for an almost perfect hitch. The install wasn't "easy", but it was also far from hard. Just a little tedious watching the video. Take your time and don't hurt your car!!

Good product for a cheap price. Fit is good. The only minor issue is the rubber hitch grommet it comes with doesn’t really fit unless you squeeze it in at an angle, then it makes it difficult to remove the bumper hitch cover so I ended up not using that no big deal. Otherwise no complaints, it feels sturdy and heavy and holds up my bike rack with no issues.
