Not sure why most kits sold on Amazon have the finer thread stand-off and not these 6-32 ones. THESE are the ones you need when you're switching/swapping motherboards or your old stand-offs can't hold a screw any more. Recommend getting their motherboard screw kit as well if you're into tinkering around with boards/building PCs etc. A quality foundational investment into any well thought out build.

It would have been nice if the knob portion were a little larger but they work fine as is.No problems threading them in so the thread is good.Would buy again.

The body is not as big as most aftermarket thumbscrews but affords plenty of grip. The phillips takes a #2 and is a good tight fit. I'm a traveling VJ, I hold all my cards in and all my server cases together with these. They are ferous, magnetic tips hold them well.
