Las cajas protectoras están compuestas por polipropileno copolímero usando un núcleo interior de célula abierta y construcción de muros sólidos, que es más fuerte y ligero que la competencia. Stronger by Design
Pelican Cases are made with a proprietary combination of homo co-polymers, using an open cell core and solid wall construction, which is stronger and lighter than a solid core wall. Stainless steel pins are used in hinges and handles.
Double-Throw Latches
Stainless steel hasp protectors are a Pelican exclusive. The Double-Throw latches are smarter and easier to open: it's the classic "C" clamp design with a secondary movement that works like a pry bar to start the release and offers plenty of leverage to open with a light pull.
Watertight
The secret is the tongue and groove fit with a polymer o-ring acting as a waterproof seal.

Cool Under Pressure
Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve releases built-up air pressure while keeping water molecules out, resulting in a watertight case that is even easier to open.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the Pelican case. I purchased the Nanuk TSA travel lock for the case since I will be securing clinical medications within. The inside has the foam to remove for allowing ease of securing glass medications, otoscope and stethoscope. Although a slight bit heavier than I would have thought, I love this case. Easy to grasp handle that "pops" out allowing firm hand grip. Airport travel friendly from placing in overhead or underneath at foot level. You cannot miss this box since I ordered the flamboyant orange tone!!!Would I buy again?...absolutely! In fact, our medical clinic has just purchased 7 additional larger Pelican cases for the clinics.

As you would expect from Pelican, this case is absolutely perfect. It fits our Fujifilm camera and two lenses... as well as a spare battery, the flash, and 2 lens hoods. We put the smaller lens hood inside the larger, with the battery and flash in the center surrounded by foam so they wouldn't move inside the hoods. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect travel case. We'll use a sling case day-to-day, but for our travel portions we wanted the best protection, and this is built to protect and last. Love the orange color because it stands out, and we could never accidentally forget this. We also purchased a Nanuk shoulder strap and what an awesome addition when we need to be hands free going through airports. We had considered trying the Nanuk case, but the 910 was 1" less deep than this Pelican, and the 915 was a little larger than we wanted. This is perfect.

Excelente, justo lo que necesitaba, deben tener en cuenta que las medidas interiores no contemplan los márgenes dentro de la espuma por lo cual se reduce el tamaño en el interior hasta 1cm por lado. En mi caso tuve que recortar incluso la espuma de respaldo (que es aparte de la cuadriculada), pero todo ajustó bien. Excelente producto.

I got this case for taking a DSLR camera and equipment on a rafting trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. This case is perfect for my Canon 60D with 2 medium sized and one small lens (EF-S 15-85, EF-S 55-250, and EF 50 f1.8) plus 3 extra batteries and a Sony Action Cam with 2 extra batteries with room left over. The 60D fits great without compressing the top and bottom padding much when closed but if the camera is any taller you may wish to get a bigger case. The pick and pluck foam makes the case very easy to customize for whatever electronics or other fragile items you wish to protect.I took this case with my camera gear inside on several swims in slot canyons floating it on the top of the water and never worried about getting the contents wet. I also believe that if my raft had flipped it would have protected the camera. It is very buoyant even when loaded with my camera and lenses so if it ever went in the water it would be easily retrievable. The case is also very strong and durable, I have stepped on it several times with my camera and equipment inside without causing any damage.The case is IP67 rated which means it is dust proof and water proof to 1 meter depth for up to 30 minutes. Anything more and you are risking water leakage. This is not a case to take on prolonged swims or scuba diving.Overall, if you use the case as it is meant to be used then it is a great case. It can really take a thrashing and even handle a reasonable amount of water submersion while keeping the contents inside safe from harm.
