Super produit tout métal un axe inox bien dimensionné une bobine de grande contenance et un frein qui me semble très suffisant pour bloquer tout les poissons exotique y compris les requins L’ensemble est de bonne facture et inspire confiance d’ailleurs je viens d’en commander un deuxième En action de péche je confirme ma premiere impression , un frein progressif precis et puissant une bonne récupération de ligne ,je m'en suis servi pour la traine et en péche à la palengrote Conclusion du trés bon 10/10 rien à redire

I’ve been using Penn reels for a long time and absolutely loved all the Penn reels for its durability and ability to take abuse when needed.I have the older model of the 4500LL and this newer 2500LL gives the same feeling that I can trust this reel when fighting a big one even though the spool capacity is much lower. The drag is excellent, I loaded the reel with 20lbs Fireline and use it for live baiting and it works flawlessly.I can only complain that the 4 preset rear drag settings needs to be tweaked before using and the control is a little rough . Initially I thought there were only 3 settings but found out that I had to press rather hard to get to the 4th setting. (The max you can go is when the rear level is horizontal, anything more than that, it feels like either my thumb or the lever might break - see horizontal photo of lever in max position )This reel is NOT ideal for casting, the deep spool design doesn’t allow the usual distance that you can achieve with other reels of the same size. The weight is also much heavier than other reels of the same class but it shouldn’t be an issue since you won’t be casting it all day long with it.

Buen carrete, pero a la cuarta salida en agua salda ya se sentía algo duro, el uso es en kayak por lo que se moja en los trayectos con agua salada, a pesar de que se enjuaga con agua dulce después de su uso.En general excellent solo por ese detalle que no había tenido con los daiwa.

Tengan cuidado al seleccionar este carrete ya que este modelo (BLS) NO TRAE EL PICK UP Y GUIA DE HILO (ARCO DE METAL) en la descripción no lo mencionan y es muy confuso. Espero lo pueda cambiar por el spinfisher 6500 normal.
