My cat and I love this little tank, pump is so quiet you cannot here it, top is good, just one access hole, tap the light down so it does not swivel, has 2 filters, just clean one at a time, perfect starter tank, thanks Amazon.ca for a good product, of course the cat is happy watching 3 Tetras

Works great for my Betta. The light is definitely too bright, super easy fix though. I put some blue masking tape over it and it dims the light perfectly for my betta. Without the tape he hides at the bottom of the tank because of the brightness. Tanks works great tho, filter pump has setting on side to adjust flow.

This thing is terrible. My beta is stressed out because the light is too bright AND the filter is too strong. He hides from it. Additionally, the wide opening is dangerous because the fish can easily jump out, and dust is constantly in the water.

These filters work great for my 2.5 gallon tank. I'm happy that I found the filters for my tank here, because this specific type of filter is hard to find in my area. It is also very convenient to put them on auto-ship.
