Couldn't stand the knee pain as a result of a car accident. This enables me to do yoga and other exercises that require kneeling.

I love doing yoga and do it daily. My wrists and hands cannot always handle just the mat alone. This cushion makes holding poses easier on my wrists/hands. I find it more comfortable to do plank positions with the cushion. When I go to a class, I take it along and use it daily at home as I have found it to help avoid pain in my wrists/hands. I cannot go back to just the mat. It is just right for thickness. It’s easy to put on top of the mat or right above and be used with or without blocks. It is a cork like material, the width of the yoga mat and it certainly does work!

Ayant des soucis de genoux (en attente d'une chirurgie), ce coussin genouillère me permet de continuer à faire du yoga et/ou des exercices au plancher. Je l'adore il est confortable, de bonne qualité, facile à transporter et anti-dérapant. Un bel achat pour moi.

This yoga knee pad is fantastic. I bought it to use during some of my yoga sessions, but truthfully, this thing is also constantly hauled out for use during my daily strength workouts. It's great having something thick and comfortable like this under my elbows and forearms when I'm doing low or side planks. The rubber mat under the cork keeps this thing locked in place (there is no sliding going on here), and the cork is pliable and soft, as well as easy on the pressure points. Much more comfortable than using a towel that can slide around and/or bunch up. Outside of the yoga/workout realm, I haven't used it for household tasks that have me on my knees but I would imagine this thing would hold up well for situations like that, too.I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone who asked me about it. It's a well-thought out design, and the quality of the materials used elevates this item much higher than other pads in the same product category.
