I purchased this item because it was priced right! I only really needed the drain stopper, but figured I'd buy the whole kit just in case I needed the additional parts. Turns out, I DID need the additional parts. So, I decided to install all of it. The installation was VERY easy. Plus, the quality of the parts were very good. It seals well and operates smoothly. As a matter of fact, my sinks operates better than it has in 10 yrs.

Perfect. I've tried and returned two, purchased outside of Amazon, before going to this piece. We bought the chrome, non-over-flow instance. It fits perfectly. It has the rubber seal that goes between the top chrome drain and the sink (as well as the one below). We are using this vs a putty/silicone. It works great, but there are pros to each approach. What to say? It seems to be a simple part, but after having the original fail and then trying to source the optimal piece, we are finally there and are 100% happy. The 'chrome' option is legit, even though one might get thrown off by the blue tint in the pictures... this is just the film on it that gets removed before installing to keep it clean. Unit was packaged well and is not flimsy/easy to strip. It's a home run product.

Installed easily with no leaks. Looks good so far, only time will tell if it continues to look good. Inexpensive enough that I won't mind so much if it needs replacing in a few years.

Directions don't match what you get: no gasket for the stopper, and the stopper is not the drop-in design shown. You will need plumber's putty. Youtube has a video for directions for this product.Tip: if you want to able to remove the stopper for easy cleaning, don't thread the lever thru the hole in the stopper. Just install the lever and let the stopper rest on the lever.
