The 3" W x 7.1" L Zinc-Plated U-Bolts with Nuts and Spring Washers for Boat Trailer Tubes, Rectangular Wood and Metal Objects, Square Zinc-Plated Bolts (M10 x 80mm x 180mm） were obtained to have on hand. I had never used these type bolts before but suddenly this summer it seemed I was needing them to make boat and kayak racks. I apparently had bought low quality ones the first time as they started breaking apart due to over tightening, so I got these to replace them. This was a good thing as these are very sturdy and I had no problems getting the bolts together. Please pay attention to the size of these, as they are large, so depending on what you need them for, they may be the wrong size.

The bumpers of my travel trailer are 4" and these just don't fully seat onto the bumper. Install as is leaves about 1/8" gap between the bracket and the bumper - I'm worried cranking down on the bracket will damage the bumper. They seem to be about 1/32" (1mm) less than 4". Because of this, I'll likely need to cut them in the middle and weld them back together to get them to fit. That's a little disappointing.No real concerns with finish or hardware. Would have been 5 stars if it were just slightly wider.
