I bought the large comfort dog. My 10 week old puppy really likes this comfort dog (picture 3). It has made a big difference in her sleeping. No more crying at night. She goes right to sleep. The only issue I have is the plastic rounded eyes. My puppy chewed one out (picture 1). I am lucky she didn’t choke on it. I took the remaining eye out and replaced them with embroidered eyes(picture2). The small comfort dog this company sells comes with the embroidered eyes. They should use embroidered eyes on the large comfort dog too for the safety of the animals that use this product.

New puppy loved it. Hated the heart sound but likes the warming part. I rubbed it on the mother before i brought the puppy home, it helped and he sleeps on it. Downside is the cost, very expensive. Wouldnt buy again because of the cost.

Not sure if I received a previously returned item or not, but the bag was not sealed, everything was inside the dog. The heart and charging cord were inside a box in the dog, but when I tried charging the heart with the cord it came with it wouldn’t charge. The light came on and I thought it was charging so I went to bed. But the next morning it died almost immediately. I plugged it back in and noticed that it doesn’t stay lit up to indicate it’s charging. I tried a different cord (same type of connector) and it did the same thing. Unfortunately the heart is defective and I’m not sure how or if I can just replace the heart since the puppy loves cuddling the dog.

I am kennel training my dachshund puppy. For 4 nights, she whined the entire night. It was torture. I put this in her kennel, and she is now sleeping through the night- no whining at all. She is very clingy right now and cant stand to be apart from me and my husband- this is the only thing that works. I could not believe that this worked as well as it does. AMAZING!
