It does work well, takes alot of excess hair off, just its a huge comb and my cat is a rescue cat and she’s matted so it’s definitely taking her time to get used too but you definitely get you moneys worth.

I am incredibly impressed on how well this brush and comb get knots out of long-haired cat fur! The comb works so well on getting the undercoat and loosening up knots. Neither of our cats minded us using this set on them, seemed to almost like it and they don't tolerate brushing well. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a long-haired cat, I can't speak about short-haired cats or dogs but I can't see how it wouldn't work.

Holy cow does this brush work magic!!! I have a Bernese mountain dog and have been struggling to find a good de-shedding brush. This one is definitely the one!! This thing worked amazing on his spring coat shed. Literally had a pile of hair as big as he is when I was finished. Highly recommend if you have a long haired dog!

This brush works! I have two long haired kitties one with matting and this brush easily gets rid of loose hair and loosens the matting gently. If your cat has long hair this is the one to buy! Super easy to use and I love that it has larger comb and smaller comb in one brush. I bet it would work great on any pet with matting issues.

Best brush I have ever used. I wish I got it 3 years ago when our German Shepherd was a puppy. It is not sharp but takes so much hair away. Love it!!!
