El producto esta incompleto, no contiene el filtro de carbono que debe de tener en este paquete.

Fontaine très facile à monter, et silencieuse, le matériaux est de belle qualité et sa forme est très apprécié par mes chatsElle est plus basse que la plupart des Fontaines et cela leur convient parfaitementCertains boivent dans le petit bassin ou l’eau s’écoule et d’autres directement au petit jet d’eau qui coule doucement, et qui d’ailleurs est réglable selon le débit souhaitéJe suis très contente de mon achat

I bought this on July 2022 & now May 2023 after 10 months, it stopped working. I did change filters & got more filter supplies left but no point now. I also used bottled water for it. I bought this product for the 4.5 star reviews of 1,000 +++ reviewers. The pump seems to be a problem. Poor pump that lasted only 10 months for the price of $58.50.Now this product prize has gone up to $77.58. Won't buy again .

Update:I updated to five stars due to superb customer service. A rep contacted me and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement because I really do love the product, just the pump broke. I received the package the next day and also follow up. I hope the pump works better this time but I am very impressed with customer service - that alone bumped the stars.I bought this end of December of last year. It's quiet, very easy to clean (stainless steel part is dishwasher safe). My cats love it and their water intake improved significantly. The issue is the pump. It started to stop working two weeks ago. It would be running until I unplug the unit to clean and change the water - and then it would stop turning on. A few times, after trouble shooting, it would work again. Now it is dead. I have taken good care of the pump and also clean it regularly as instructed to prevent algae and build up. I let the pump airdry for two days, it started to pump again. As soon as I submerge it into water, it stopped working.I have reached out to the seller by email but have not received a response. I purchased a replacement pump because I had already purchased additional filters and figured it is cheaper and less wasteful than buying a new fountain. I am expecting for it to break down again after a few months.Would I recommend the fountain - not really. It seems like a pump is an ongoing issue after reading the reviews and I would look at other options before purchasing this one. Again, this is so easy to clean and quiet but expect to pay $20 every few months to buy a new pump.

updating this because i got the product replaced, have used it for a few weeks now, and the customer service was incredible!my cat is awkward and scared of everything, but i know she's drinking from this! this smaller size is perfect for one cat, who has a wet food diet. it is nice and quiet, and gets a tad louder as it gets less full so i know when to add water (but that happens once a week when i clean it). the LED blue light that glows from inside makes so i don't tumble into it at night (i keep it near the bed) without it lighting up the room. its got a nice look, too. the filters are holding up really well after 3-ish weeks, even though my cat dips her toes in! the main reason i bought it is that i needed to replace a cheaper fountain that was awful to clean, loud, and not my style. this is SO easy to clean so my cat has much fresher water now. the big pieces go right into the dishwasher, and the smaller ones are quick and easy to clean up and reassemble too!a customer service rep for petlibro reached out to offer a refund and check in on how i was enjoying my replacement. i know that if i had any other concerns, they'd be so helpful and kind. this was a good buy :)----i have just pulled it out of its box and it looks like it was used, sent back uncleaned not even dried, then sent right to me. it's got a musty smell to it. there's hair in the freaking filter. what gives? how am I paying $35+ for that? disgusting.

Lo compré por novedosa. Se ve "bonito", los gatos tardaron un poco en mostrarle atención, pero cumple su función y da el "plus" estético (si no te molesta ver el cable de alimentación). Considera que el mantenimiento es indispensable por el tema de los filtros y será un gasto extra fijo. La limpieza es sí o sí y requiere volverse un hábito, consideralo una opción si vas a cumplir con eso. No es ruidoso y no ocupa mucho espacio.

Es un producto bueno pero recién lo compré y a los 3 días se tapó… tuve que desarmarlo para hacerlo funcionar de nuevo… de ahí, se ha tapado algunas veces pero no tan seguido.Llevo un año y aún funciona

Muy buena fuente. Es durable. El motor ha funcionado todo este tiempo sin fallar, anteriormente compré dos fuentes que se descomponían al mes, pero esta me ha durado. Además, el hecho de que sea metálica, facilita la limpieza y da una mayor sensación de higiene.

So I'm using this to help encourage my cats to drink lots of water, and I change the water daily so I'm not using any filters. In my experience the filters will just end up attracting more bacteria so I decided to just change the water everyday. I previously owned other brands that were made out of plastic, and I can say that this stainless steel has way less bacteria build up (slime) and a lot easier to clean and assemble. I like the fact that the pump can be purchased easily in case it ever broke down or needed replacing. I did make a few adjustments though.. I took out the plastic bracket that fitted the carbon filter (since I don't use any filters) because it was attracting slime buildup, and I added a small attachment to the outlet flow to reduce noise because it is noticable in my bedroom. Happy cats :)
