Was working well, but only for 4 weeks. Broke right after my 30 day return window had expired. woke up because of a burnt plastic odor coming from the unit. That is never a good sign! turned it off and cleaned it, but still the same... wish I could return it or get a replacement. So far no response from the seller, very disappointing...

the whole design is great it works as intended i was just surprised at how large it is i got the 4l one, was going to place it on my desk but decided to place it on my night stand with how large it is, definitely get this even tho its huge since you wont have to refill it as often, i definitely like how the whole thing opens for easy access to clean it. if your looking for a humidifier definitely get this one

Don’t waste your money!! Despite following all directions, my humidifier doesn’t work properly anymore and there is no product support from the company. So incredibly disappointed, don’t waste your money!!
