They are really nice to talk while having on unlike closed-backs. This means you can use this for calls especially if you get the version with the microphone. You don’t get that annoying feedback feeling closed-back headphones give you. However, this isn’t the only thing that’s great about them.They’re super easy to drive at just 32 ohms and 102 dB sensitivity, so they’ll have no problem playing straight out of an adapter for your phone or just your laptop.While they’re not super portable, it doesn’t matter since these aren’t meant for commuting as leaking noise in and out is part of how it sounds. They don’t fold at all and have no case but they do come with a cloth sleeve to protect them from dust as they ship.I feel that they sound alright right out the box but have a bit too much mid-high bass and not enough sub-bass due to their openness, but some EQ fixed it. They didn’t get distorted or messed up sounding from being EQed.The ear cups swivel and fit really well because they’re huge, probably because their drivers are 50mm as opposed to the average 40mm drivers you get in smaller over-ears. They have a metal band you can adjust and have markings to let you dial it in and get it the same way every time. The headband has some decent padding as well, and my ears don’t get gross and sweaty due to being open. I’ve never seen the material used for the ear pads before before but it feels alright.These headphones have another great feature which is a single, standard, detachable cable. It’s just a regular 3.5mm port so you don’t need to go to Philips to get a replacement cable and you can just use any you want. Another nice touch is that the 3.5mm port is on the left side which is the same as most laptop headphone jacks, so they align which makes the cable easier to manage.I got the model with the microphone. The rest is exactly the same but the microphone has some volume controls for the headphones and a mute switch for the microphone. The microphone pops a little bit but sounds FAR better than those stupid Bluetooth microphones. Buying the microphone still means you get the regular auxiliary cable in addition to the microphone cable. It’s really long and has a rubber coating and comes with the 6.3mm adapter which is another nice touch though I won’t be using it. The microphone cable is much shorter and is braided instead of rubberized.Overall, it’s a great deal since it’s cheaper than it used to be since it’s been out for a few years and comes with some pretty interesting features that are really nice to have.

These are excellent headphones but consider your usage. These are big open-backed headphones. They leak sound and don't guard against outside noise much. These are for your usage at your desk/couch when playing games (no mic) or listening to music/watching tv. They are big and comfortable and do all of that really well but at that price there are cheaper headphones that also do that well. I think these have a very neutral sound profile. They handle whatever you throw at them but it isn't like bass or treble or anything will explode at you. In that sense, if what you really want are Sennheiser or Beats, then you should buy those because they sound different at a fundamental level. It isn't a "quality" thing, it's just a preference thing. That's fine! I just want to you have a sense of what you'll be getting and you should understand these headphones have a different profile from the other brands, and they sound different from Skullcandy as well.I guess my only concern with these headphones, having accepted that they are for home use, is that I'm not driving them properly. They don't get that loud compared to other headphones I have. I'm running them out of my tv monitor or laptop. I think I'm leaving a lot on the table without additional power for these things. I imagine they'd get louder and brighter, in which case they'd be truly marvelous. As it stands, they sound wonderful (distinct, but wonderful) and for the value hit above their weight class. If you've been in the $40-$50 range these are a clear improvement-- that much is clear. Probably with an amp they'd be even more. The sound is very neutral. A lot of high-end brands play up warm profiles and deep bass. I guess these could have deep bass, but the warm, bass-y sound stage you hear on headphones that cost more is a design choice. You may like that! These are designed to be clear and crisp and they are. At the same time, because they aren't getting super loud, and don't necessarily do anything to "grab" me with the listening experience like an artificial bass or a "comfy" sound stage, I find myself frequently using cheaper headphones to get that quick hit of warm bass and (overly?) engineered sound-stage. Don't get me wrong: I've used these nearly every day for years (2nd pair). I always come back to these headphones. But I can't help but think they are also designed for more than just laptop or TV monitor power. If you are fine with what you have, you may not be blown away by these headphones unless you specifically want something clear or very comfortable for a very specific use. Beyond that, these are great.

Buscando la mejor calidad-precio en cuanto audífonos me recomendaron y leí sobre estos.La caja es bonita y da buenos detalles sobre los audífonos, por dentro es prácticamente solo los audífonos y listo, el cable, el adaptador 6.5mm y la funda que más que funda es un plástico para evitar que se raye, no sirve para transporte pero puedes usarlos para evitar que se llenen de polvo.La calidad del material es decente, no es la gran cosa pero es pasable por el precio.El cable es largo y enredoso, a mi me gusta en lo personal debido a que puedo utilizarlo en una distancia considerable para jugar en mi Nintendo Switch desde su base, aunque si piensas usar los audífonos del celular a la mano lo mejor es que optes por un cable más corto, yo afortunadamente tengo uno de unos v-moda. La calidad del cable es pasable, eso sí, no creó que aguante mordidas de gato hahaEl diseño es simple, nada en particular.En cuanto a comodidad es decente, no es la gran cosa pero tampoco es incómodo, eso sí, la fuerza de sujeción es muy poca por lo que es mejor para cabezas más anchas y rutinas más tranquilas que activas. Las almohadillas son excelentes pero por la parte inferior tienen esas esquinas rígidas que hubiera sido mil veces mejor que fueran completamente redondas, sin embargo no incómoda o al menos yo no lo siento así, como sea si no te convencen las almohadillas yo te recomiendo las Misodiko para estos audífonos.En cuanto a audio, simplemente bueno, agudos algo brillantes pero nítidos, medios excelentes y equilibrados y bajos muy suaves en volúmenes bajos pero intensos en altos. Yo recomiendo ampliamente utilizar un ecualizador y/o amplificador para sacar el 100% de la potencia de estos audífonos, también para darle más cuerpo al sonido y hacer que no sea tan brillante.Posiblemente mi única queja con estos audífonos sea el sonido que hace el plástico sobre todo en la copa izquierda, aunque aparentemente nadie se queja de ello, talvez sea bastante quisquilloso no lo sé, sin embargo con música en reproducción estos soniditos son prácticamente imperceptibles.¿Recomendados? Sí, sobre todo si lo consigues nuevo y a descuento.

When I received the product, the first problem that was found was that there was an annoying buzzing in the left ear, repeating, going in and out in a pattern. I am not happy. My 30$ headphones from two years ago had fewer problems from out of the box.Additionally, the cord is too short. It's not long enough to comfortably wrap around my computer to my chair or allow me to stray far from it. Note that if you require a long cord you WILL have to buy a USB extension.I am disappointed that I spent $100 on a defective product, and I will be returning it, or attempting to get a replacement.That being said, I am impressed with the build quality of the product, and the clarity of of the microphone. I don't know too much about audio quality, but It does seem to be something more than your standard headphones. The noise cancellation is superb, It can almost be used as earmuffs. However, the buzzing was a make or break issue. These headphones are practically unusable. Even during loud music I can still hear the buzzing in the background.Please note that if you buy these headphones, you may find problems with it out of the box.UPDATE: Upon receiving a replacement, the buzzing was still there. In the left ear piece. I updated my drivers, checked for electronic interference, tried different USB ports, even a different PC. It's. Still. There. After researching in the reviews, I noticed that a few other buyers found the same problem, and they found out that the buzzing was indeed caused by the LEDs. I tested this myself and have verified that changing the color of the LEDs changes the intensity and volume of the buzzing, suggesting they are linked. There is not even an option to turn the LEDs off to my knowledge. This is unacceptable. Please, do NOT buy the TAG6105. $100 headphones aren't worth design choices as poor as these. I will be returning the product, and buying a more worthwhile headset.

Son los mejores audífonos que he tenido.Es dificil describir el sonido, pero al usarlos tu mente se confunde un poco, es como si el sonido viniera de afuera, de unas bocinas o como si fuera parte del ambiente, no parece que viniera de los audífonos que tienes puestos. Esto es gracias al diseño abierto que tienen estos audífonos. Escuchas todos los detalles y se siente un sonido muy natural, son perfectos para escuchar música clásica, jazz, vocal, música de con mucho detalle, si te gusta la música moderna (pop, electronica, hip hop) no son para tí, ya que los graves dejan mucho que desear.También funcionan muy bién para videojuegos, ya que te permiten conocer la dirección de donde viene el sonido com mayor precisión que unos audífonos cerrados. Yo los uso para juegos de mundo abierto en tercera persona, (Fallout, Skyrim, GTA) y te hacen sentir mayor immersión en el juego.La calidad de sonido es extraordinaria, y solo se encuentra esa calidad en audífonos que cuestan varias veces más. Solo se debe tener en cuenta que, por ser audífonos abiertos no tienen ninguna supresión de ruido, así que escuchas todo a tu alrededor como si no trajeras nada, esto es lo que les dá su sonido tan natural, pero hay que usarlos en un ambiente no muy ruidoso, (son perfectos para usarlos en tu cuarto, son terribles para usarlos en la calle)Me resultaron muy cómodos, son bastante grandes, y no aprietan mucho, los puedo usar varias horas sin problema. Tal vez a personas con la cabeza pequeña les resulten demasiado grandes.La calidad de materiales es excelente, se sienten como unos audífonos mucho mas caros de lo que son. El cable mide 3 metros lo que lo hace un poco estorboso pero es intercambiable así que no es problema. Yo lo sujeté con velcro para hacerlo más corto y lo escondí por detras de mi monitor así que no estorbaba para nada. incluye un adapatador de 1/8 a 1/4, y una bolsa para guardarlos (bastante simple).Lo único negativo sería, que no incluyen un estuche.En resumen son unos audífonos excelentes, que deberían costar mucho más, así que no lo dudes y compralos antes de que alguién en Philips se de cuenta de que los están regalando.
