My husband and I installed this together and it was pretty simple, considering it was our first time installing kitchen lighting. I think it’s beautiful and well worth the money. Very satisfied with my purchase.Ps. I even bought the product “used” and it came in like brand new, with no defects.

One of the globes arrived to us damaged. I reached out to customer service and they were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They sent me a new fixture and allowed me to return the damaged item. The light is great and was not very difficult to install. I will say some of the globes did not fit the standard candelabra bulb through the opening, but we were able to find 3 between the original and the replacement that worked and the light looks great!

This is a beautiful light fixture and I was very excited to get it up in my dining room. However, when I did, I discovered that two of the glass globes are smaller than the other four. Nowhere in the description is this stated. It kind of looks like two are smaller in the picture, but it's hard to tell. The issue is that the LED bulbs I bought fit in the four larger shades but not the smaller two. I would love to be able to just buy two larger shades and make them all the same size but am unable to find a way to contact the manufacturer. I will have to search for different bulbs and see if any are small enough to fix this fixture. If not, it's a complete waste of money.

Once we hung the light, we realized what a mistake this purchase was. None of the three globes are straight, with either the main stem or the bulb socket being crooked. The finish is cheaply painted and looks like plastic. Finally, the holes in each globe are too small for most light bulbs.Employees at the specialty lighting store spend 20 minutes trying different bulbs to fit it before finding old incandescent ones that fit because new efficient led bulbs won't fit. They said the chandelier manufacturer is probably using outdated design plans for older light bulbs that are already hard to find.It was past the free return before I could get the fixture out of the box and hung, but I'll pay the restocking fee to rid myself of this junk. Hopefully I jumped on this grenade so you don't have to.
