I received the grinder this evening, it was in a brown carboard box all taped up. I opened it and it looked used. Items were not packaged, half the blades are missing and the inside of the box had grease in it. I did not ordered a used grinder. On the top of the box is a lable that says new. That's BS. I am beyond livid, this is a Christmas gift. I'm so glad I opend it, this would have been embarrassing.

This is compact and works well for small home use. A few things I’ve learned, works better when the meat isn’t frozen but also not fully thawed., clean well after every use, find the right size of pieces to use. It is also not the quietest.

Quick shipping. Nice grinder. It's good for smaller amounts of meat grinding. Works for what I need. Recommend. Easy to use and clean.

This is a very solid unit for the price.I bought this specifically for my dogs. We do a lot of raw meat and I like spreading all different types of meat around their kibble for flavor and health.This machine isn't industrial powerful, but it does a great job with what I need it to do. Clubed meat, dear meat, pork and much more. It's handle each without any issued.The functionality is super easy right out of the box. It takes not time to get it ready for use. Basic on and off function. In an event that the meat gets bogged up, you can reverse the motor and it unclogs quickly.I know it say some of the parts are dishwasher safe, but I hand clean everything. With disassembly, the cleaning takes me about 5 minutes to get everything spotless. My dogs love the raw meat and I know it digests so much better after being ground up. 5 stars from me and the pups.
