Where has this baking item been all my life! I've already used it 3 times. It's easy to clean. Works better than the ceramic pie weights and extra pie pan over crust method I used in the past. Ready to order another one. Highly recommended.

Ok, this worked really nicely for me! I bought this to make a cornmeal crust for a tart. I used parchment paper on the crust, then the Pie Armor weight (which filled the bottom well). Then I laid down my beans around the sides to help make the paper touch the vertical sides of the pan better. My pan was 9” so this fit well enough. Using the paper prevents any undesirable sticking. I was able to use less beans overall too. Seriously, one of my best dessert crusts!
