Straight out of the package this $21 earring was missing a stone. Unwearable. Not good quality jewelry.

Let me start by saying, I clearly didn't read the listing well enough. I thought this item was going to be a lot bigger/longer, so when it arrived I was initially disappointed by the size, but looked back at the listing to realize I'd overlooked the measurements picture. It is pretty, so I figured I'd keep it. I went to put it in, and then I was caught off guard by how long the labret post is. At 5/16", that is quite long for a healed cartilage piercing. Again, I didn't read. Bad on me. I can probably get away with wearing it for the day, and hopefully it won't droop forward. There's no way I could sleep in it at this long, though. I tried the top piece in my current labret, but it doesn't fit. So don't necessarily expect to use the head in an existing labret you have. It likely won't be compatible.

It’s gorgeous but it does not click in fully and falls out..
