I ordered a 2 gauge and the flare was too small as it was rounded at the edges, and the concave front and back faces made them look a bit odd in the ear. I can’t speak to how they look or fit in larger gauges, but they aren’t the best plugs for long term wear.

They’re clear & cute, but have some spunk to them with their concave faces. Nice to touch/twirl. 20mm sizing is accurate!(:

I’ve purchased a couple pairs of these because of how clean they look while in and how comfortable they are. Smooth glass with no sharp edges. The flare is a little larger than some other gauges, but it’s well rounded off, so it doesn’t cause discomfort getting them in. Once they’re in, they stay in place really well and create the illusion of a perfect hole, especially when backlit. They stay clean a lot longer than other materials, since the smooth glass doesn’t irritate my skin. The only reason I’ve purchased a couple pairs, instead of just one, is because I dropped one of them on my tile floor and a small piece broke off. A+

I had to get clear plugs for work. These ones are sized correctly and don't irritate my ears.
