As I have to work from home, I need a phone with a headset function and this product is the best product. It is light and small, so it will occupy very little space. Most importantly, the sound quality is way better than using a cellphone.

This is a simple solution to the problem of limited space and only needing a QD headset and a dial pad for a phone. It does not need batteries or a power adapter to function. This is a major bonus. This unit does have two problems. The first is you can't turn off the ringer. It has a loud and not so loud setting. The second is when you place someone on mute it does not do it silently. The caller can hear a noise when you mute and unmute them.

Perfect device; exactly what I was looking for. My first WAH dialpad was a Plantronics T110, and trying to use a cheaper product after using this one was am extremely unsatisfactory experience. It's a plain-looking phone, but I like how simple it is - no distractions and no frills; you use this phone for one thing, and it does that thing perfectly. You can take it for granted, and the simplicity and reliability means that it fades into the background while you do your job. Perfect.My only complaint is that this particular listing does not include a headset, and in my opinion is overpriced. That said, this was my FOURTH attempt to purchase it - one seller simply canceled my order, and another sent me the wrong product TWICE. So I paid more than I think I should have...but at least I actually got what I ordered.
