This is a nice product. It arrived properly packaged in a long thin box customized at the bottom to accommodate the brush. It did a great job catching the spider webs from the top of my pool cage and was easy to handle and operate. I am happy to own this, and will use it often.

Ordered this to clean my pool enclosure screen. The pole is very sturdy and the brush is perfect - not too soft, not too coarse. Easy to clean the webs off. I actually just rubbed it on the grass and they came right off. Love it!!!

I use this tool to remove webs and other debris that attaches to my stucco home. Reaches all areas extended easily. Purchased one year ago and does a great job. Recently, the pole failed to stay extended and I contacted the company. No fuss, no fanfare, received replacement pole within the week. So a wonderful tool backed by great customer service and a company that fully backs the product. Problem resolution is key. I recommend this product and this company.

This cobweb brush and pole is exactly what we needed. The last few years we have had an increase in spiders and their webs in our pool cage. The pole is very sturdy and adjustable, so long enough to reach the top of the screen cage. We have had our brush for over a year and used it not only for our house but for both our kids pool areas also. They both were impressed, so I recently ordered 2 more for my kids homes, unfortunately one came from the delivery co. with a torn open box, and the brush was missing. The company went out if their way to make it right, and sent me a cobweb brush head overnight delivery. And followed up the next day to see if I had received it and if all was well.Good customer service and , balanced and easy to use, and made of durable quality materials. What’s not to like.

For some reason, the product arrived without the brush. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response. A replacement was sent immediately. They provided updates with tracking information. I'm impressed with how responsive they were.The product itself contains a telescoping pole and brush. The pole part is easy to extend and quite sturdy. I was able to extend it all the way without it bending or warping. However, I'm not loving the brush part. It's not terrible but the bristles are a little too soft. When I would try to remove insect webbing from corners, it would bend too much to grab hold of the web. If the bristles were a little stiffer, it would make that task easier. Perhaps they should offer a smaller, stiffer brush as an option for getting in corners.So to wrap it up, great adjustable and sturdy pole, so-so brush, and exceptional customer service.
