This is the third Voyager 5200 earbud I've owned in the last 9 years. The first charging case kept a charge for many days, and i could charge the earbud about 2 times before having to recharge the case. The current case can be fully charged at the end of the day and will be just about dead the following morning with or without the earbud in it. I give the earbud 5 stars for call quality, noise cancellation, comfort, etc. After 2 months of use I have determined this charging case is NOT worth the extra money.

BETTER OFF BUYING FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THEY SEEM TO BE SELLING DEFECTIVE OR USED ITEMS. MY POLY ONLY LAST 3 TO 4 HOURS. I PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE NEW BUT HAS A DEFECTIVE BATTERY. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

This headset has gone through some changes over the years… I’ve used This Brand and This Model for over a decade. Unfortunately as recently as last year…the product under performed. The voice command button and responding confirmation tone continued to fail. It would require turning it off and then back on. Next, the charger case would stop accepting a charge and a red light or no light would be visible.As stated… THIS the headset purchased June 2024…had those issues!!THIS unit works as expected!! Voice commands are recognized after activating the mode, the case charges quickly and the lights for the case and headset progress as intended. Starting with one blue light and progressing to three blue dot lights when the charge is complete.The design is comfortable (why I keep buying it), noise cancellation and reduced wind noise is great. This is especially important when working on loud vehicles. ALSO, in my state it is illegal to use devices that cover both ears… iPods in both ears will bring a ticket if caught while driving!!UPDATE….UNFORTUNATELY the headset has STOPPED responding to the voice prompt control…AGAIN. Poly sent the replacement and witin two days it failed like the rest…

Love this headset/earpiece. It works very well with the programs I use at work. I can walk around my Dept without connection issues and lasts all day. I definitely recommend this headset/earpiece if you don't like wearing the standard headsets.

Well made and even came with gloves for installation. Had to shorten the flange that goes into the wall a bit, but that was no problem. It looks really nice in the wall. Since it is made of stainless steel, there are no worries with corroosion, since I live very close to the ocean. Highly recommended!

I loved the style and quality of this stainless steel exterior vent cover but it did not fit the 6" Broan 512 vent fan that I ordered with it. Seller was timely in their processing and I would recommend this highly if you are using flexible 6" venting.

Well built; metal construction. Screen netting size is a little large and I could see smaller pests (e.g. mosquitoes and flies) being able to enter, but it isn't a deal-breaker for me.Note: does not come with screws or other fastening hardware, or weather seal.Overall, I am happy with this exhaust cap and would recommend it to others.
