I use these Power Systems Med Balls for slamming, they stand up well with a lot of use in my Gym.

Extremely well constructed. Very durable. When they say it bounces they really mean it. Watch out and don’t get smashed in the face.

Finally! A weighted ball that actually bounces! Surface texture can be rough on the fingers, but otherwise perfect.

ordered medicine balls from all of amazons manufacturers to get the weights we needed for our COVID gym, sent them all back except for the champion sports, bionic body, and this Power systems equipment, all the others were slippery, had a fill that moved while handled. Note, the 20lbs or heavier balls and kettles will surprise you, they weigh/feel way heavier than you think you can handle. Returning that kind of weight or any gym equipment for that matter often cost more than the product itself, so try out first in your gym or otherwise go light, focus on correct movement, cheaper to have big eyes (think your hungry) for food, than oversized/heavy, sprain/strain, injury-inducing, gym gear

Too big, there weren’t any notes about how big this was outside of weight and I thought it’d have a smaller circumference.
