Used this at 1 practice for 9U kids and the grip was demolished. It came apart within 45 minutes of practice starting. The bat appears to be constructed well but the grip is horrible. I’ll add a new grip and see how that holds up.

Fortunately, we have a unfinished basement, my daughter and I will practice hitting in the basement and not have to worry about anything. This product is great for hand-eye coordination and reducing miss hits.If you can make solid contact with this, you know you're not going to miss with a full sized bat and ball.

I’ve purchase PowerNet products before so I didn’t hesitate getting this training bundle. However, this time my order was incomplete and only received the underload training kit. Amazon had me contact PowerNet directly. Their customer service was very responsive and immediately took care of the problem. Quality products, really good customer service, great job!

I myself contacted the seller via their direct site. I made an account and made a claim and they issued a replacement part. Up to 4 stars for them issuing the part. Still keeping 1 star off because it was received used originally (though may be a fulfillment issue by Amazon) and for myself having to initiate the inquiry. Happy they helped however and like I stated below the product itself is great.Mixed review.The black bat came wrapped in plastic and brand new. The white bat was not wrapped and had obvious signs of use. Why would they send that out like a buyer would not notice.The bats seemed good quality. However the reviews about the grip tape are true. It seems like they have a piece of black rubber tape taped at the top of the grip tape to hold the grip tape from u wrapping. The grip tape will definitely undue and u can physically lift the wraps.Thinking about returning. I could have dealt with the grip tape but sending a used bat is just poor service.
