My podiatrist recommended these rather than getting custom orthotics. They're so comfortable and support my flat feet, plus I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. They provide the same support as my old custom orthotics, and at only 20% of the cost. You can't beat that.

I bought 10 different isoles and this one by far is the best, I have over pronation, flat feet, I get pain all over the toes, feet and every where. My shoes shop recommended this brand, I tried it past week, I don’t remember wearing it and come back home my feet feel better, I wear dress shoes everyday and standing 8 hours, this is the best… I hope my review relieve your pain… I will definitely buy more and more.

I have plantar fasciitis, bunions, Taylors bunions, arthritis, tendonitis and feet that swell. My fore foot is 4" wide and I usually wear a size 6.5-7 shoe. These inserts have made it possible for me to take my daily walks and to survive other necessary walking and standing activities. In fact they have made my feet actually comfortable and prevented me from having to buy expensive orthotic shoes and expensive orthotic inserts. Combining them with shoes with existing cushion in the outer sole is the best. However, since they have memory foam they are pretty comfortable in shoes that have a firm sole as well. You do need to remove the existing insole insert from your shoes, so make sure they are removable. It took several weeks for me to get used to them, they are great now. Be sure to read the fine print. Even though the manufacturer says they are guaranteed and returnable and they are prime, they are NOT returnable.

I'm recovering from a badly broken foot and walking was very painful until I got these insoles.I had tried Dr. Sholes (garbage), so I was skeptical about this brand too, but these insoles are legit.They work! I went on a trip and spent hours and hours on my feet and these insoles saved me. They are very supportive, not bulky, and the arch support is subtle, but effective.

I have been a Powerstep customer for years using the Pinnacle version of their product up until I purchased these. I've dabbled with other brands even after having been very happy with the initial quality and comfort I got from the Powerstep Pinnacles. My largest gripe has been the durability of the product which I am happy to report has been significantly improved with memory foam version of the product.I had gotten used to replacing my Pinnacles on average every 6 months when the fabric and foam around the heal cup gave out. After almost 11 months I'm just starting to see the same wear on these memory foam versions. In addition to the longer durability and equally important, the memory foam is just as soft and cushy today as it was when I first put them in my shoes! That by itself even if the length of use had not been extended would have been enough to convince me to continue buying this upgraded version of the product.If you are already a Powerstep user I highly recommend giving these a try. The additional cost was more than covered in the longer period of use I was able to get out of them.
