It's a perfect ourchase for my iphone and external storage to ensure I have more storage on my phone. The quality is super durable, it holds the phone tight enough to secure the external storage and your phone at once, it works well.

Very well built and the cable that comes with it is great for high speed data transfer.Great value. I ordered this to attach an SSD to my phone, while using the gimbal

traf dieses Zubehör bei mir ein und scheint ein zuverlässiger Artikel zu sein.Sitzt stramm an meinem iP15Pro mit Hülle und tut was es soll.Der Preis ist, denke ich ok.

The new iPhone 15 Pro Max has a special power: it will support saving large Pro-Res video to a small SSD storage solution through the USB-C port. This new capability allows you to save terabytes worth of video in the field! One spring-latches onto the ssd and the other side spring-latches onto the camera in such a way as to not be in the picture.The large end has a mount for a monopod or a tripod, the other end a shoe mount for a light or maybe a shotgun microphone. (I haven't figured out how to connect a microphone AND the ssd to the one USB-C jack, but maybe there is a way.)One thing I shoud mention. Shooting Pro-Res video takes a lot of energy, as the camera battery is driving the whole process. I make sure I have a backup battery bank to recharge the camera midday to make sure I can keep going. Hopefully there will be some innovations to facilitate this process, cause the camera is really good and the files very large.In any case, this Powerig holds the iPhone and the ssd together so that I can concentrate on getting the shot and no so much with the connections.. BTW, they included a nice short USB-C cable that has 90º angles to make it fit better. Nice touch.!

Great simple idea, lightweight and portable and well made. Sadly, like almost every other maker of phone photography accessories (gimbal manufacturers I'm talking to you!), the makers seem to assume you'll be wanting to do all this high capacity recording on a remote SSD all the while without using a phone case - the jaws of the phone clamp just aren't deep enough to hold a phone with a case on and my iPhone 15 Pro in a slim Sandmarc case is constantly on the verge of popping out - wouldn't dare use it outside. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use a smartphone without some kind of protective case! Also, why not make a recess in the jaw lining so the clamp doesn't press the buttons on the side of the phone?
