Picked this up for my 8 and 10 year old grandkids. While it seems geared toward younger kids, they've actually been enjoying it a lot and it is great exercise for them. Building the different configurations has been a fun little activity, and watching the rockets launch is always a treat. It's a nice mix of creative play and light STEM learning. Not a mind-blowing toy, but a lot of fun for them and definitely a good value. Fun way to spend some time and get some exercise for both the mind and body.

This toy is so much fun! After I got it all put together I sat in our living room playing with it while my husband looked at me like I was crazy. Getting this together took a little longer than expected and it didn't feel very intuitive, but once together it's easy to navigate. I'd say this toy isn't for kids under the age of 4 (which I think is the stated age anyway) because it takes mobility and thinking skills to figure out how to twist, turn, push, switch, etc. All the colors and pieces match the pictures and everything functions as it should. All the pieces are made of plastic, as most things are now, and they seem like they'll put up with a little abuse. The sound seems to be loud, medium and off, which is honestly more sound options than most toys. The little remote is able to change the volume, pause/play the "game" and play all 4 songs. The reason I docked this toy a star though is because the toy markets that the 1-4 options are for speed, and the speed absolutely does not change. I was excited for the speed function because my older daughter likes to be challenged, however upon playing with the toy I realized it's just 4 different songs. It's still a cool toy, but the marketing needs to change. Both my 4 year old and 2 year old love the rocket launcher part and my 2 year old loves the songs. Overall great product!

Okay, so I actually wrote out a whole huge review on this, and then I went and looked at some of the product pictures on their page and realized that their instructions that were included with this were totally not correct for how to configure this for the exercise way to use this. Make sure to look at the pictures the store page has for how to set this up and do that instead, don’t do what the instructions say.One thing I noticed that I didn’t really love about this is that the motor is insanely weak. Like it’s so weak that if you ever bump any of the bars while this thing is spinning, you have to give it a push again to get the motor to actually start spinning again. It will literally just sit there clicking at you (even though no one is touching it or blocking it anymore) until you push it to start it spinning again. So that’s kind of annoying, but not a deal breaker.I do love the ring toss design for this, I think that’s super fun and cute and making it spin to make it even harder definitely is pretty fun and the kids enjoy that a lot (until they get frustrated like my middle child does and then stops playing with it for a bit).Overall, I think the design and build quality of this is kind of really cheap, like everything is super thin kind of weak plastic, so I’m not sure how long it will really hold up to a lot of use, but then again at this price I think it’s good enough and we’ll get enough use out of it for what it is. I give this an 8/10, mostly recommend, it’s a fun little kids play toy at a pretty reasonable price for what you’re getting, and I think your kids will enjoy it.
