I used this to make a retention clip for an old CPU cooler (for socket 8, Pentium Pro) and it was perfect for the task. It is springy but still malleable enough to be shaped using pliers without breaking. And it holds its shape beautifully. Essentially the perfect material for the task. Only used about 10 inches of the spool for that but based on how versatile the wire is I'm sure I will find good uses for the remainder.

We tried every other wire and this was the only one that held up! Great quality, price is right too. It did take longer then expected to arrive.

Lost a 100 year old gun spring. Bought this stuff and couldn't believe how easy it is to make a spring.

Note, I didnt use this for it's intended purpose. Used to pin miniatures together, works great for that. Very strong wire.
