I was kind of 50/50 about this product when I ordered it, I wanted a professional carpet cleaning machine that was similar to the ones they use when you hire someone to professionally clean your carpets but without the price tag.Overall, the machine itself works decently well. If you are purchasing for the purpose vacuuming hardwood floors or shampooing upholstery ONLY, then this is a good machine. The suction has a low and a high setting, the high setting is very strong in my opinion, I don’t know why you would need a low option. I first tested out the vacuuming attachment on my carpets and I wasn’t too impressed, my $50 vacuum from Walmart worked better. I see this vacuum being more for hardwood floors or a workshop type area.The only issue I had trouble with was pairing the head control and the remote control. Initially I took the cover off the remote control and the battery would not stay locked into place, so I had to finagle it to stay, and eventually got it to work. Then I was having trouble pairing, but finally got that to work as well. Like I said I got this machine for my purpose of shampooing my carpets, I first tested out the larger shampooing attachment on my carpets, the spraying power of the water is not strong, but works I guess, but the suction for the larger clear attachment hardly works, my carpets were soaking wet even though I could see water coming up through the attachment piece.I decided to try the smaller attachment piece that is meant for upholstery, and it worked very well, it was lifting the carpet from the floor and my carpets were nearly dry! However; the attachment piece is far too small to do an entire bedroom of carpet, especially on your hands and knees, so unfortunately I will be returning this item. Overall, it’s not worth $170.Pros: Suction for certain attachments, blower, large water tank, lightweightCons: Suction for certain attachments, very loud, cheaply made, battery not staying in place, pairing difficulty

I bought this product for the first time and it is surprisingly well. I was at first a bit consorted by the other reviews, and decided to buy it anyway to see if it was really worth it. When I used it, it was really useful because I had a carpet that was almost always dirty with food crumbs and it’s spraying mechanic is also very useful for cleaning the floor. Overall a great and well done product.

I had high hopes for this unit. 1st off : the suction is on the low side. 2nd : the remote on the handle doesn't work. Good luck if you buy one.

I have been using this vacuum cleaner for a while and it sucks very well. It can suck everything from dust to concrete blocks without reaching the floor on its own, and its suction power is much greater than other models. This vacuum cleaner sucks everything I now have the opportunity to widely use it, which has the same vacuum strength as my dead vacuum cleaner,

I have read the assembly instructions after receiving them, but I found them very simple. After using it for a while, I like this small shop vacuum cleaner. It can clean up all kinds of clutter very well. Fine dust and dirt Vacuum cleaners have good suction power. We have used it a few times, but the effect was better than expected. There are also some drawbacks, such as noise, but compared to the effect, I think it is worth it
