There was nothing wrong with this when it came. It just did not fit my Hoop. It does say it’s universal but does not fit mine.

We were excited to receive this backboard pad. Big disappointment. You have to drill self drilling screws into the metal trim of the backboard. There are no pre drilled homes in the trim. The pad doesn't fit. Not close. And is warped. But now we are stuck because we drilled holes. Horribly disappointed. Cant recommend. Stay away.

Sturdy quality and fits perfectly on my 2" wooden board. Great product!

Edited 5 starsGreat product, durable so far. I did not receive all of the hardware for installation. I contacted the company and they ended up giving me a small discount on the product and asked that I get the hardware from my local store. The cost of the self tapping screws and rubber washers cost more than the discount I was given.After seeing my disappointment, customer service reached out again, covered my expenses and made everything right. I’m still very happy with the product
