I use this product to stretch mu old achy bod everyday in addition to walking and keeping active as much as possible and help control pain from tightening up. Using this strap keeps me limber. It is a versitile, useful tool. It is a simple way to excercise rain or shine. Well constructed, heavy duty, great quality and value! 😁

I use this for PT. I’m tall, so I need an extra-long strap. This works for me, and the hand loops on each end are very comfortable.
