It's color coded.but best yet, it tells you hard, medium or soft so you can choose resistance without guessing

Didn’t expect the strength and results of these bands. You can definitely feel the workout. I use them during the day sitting at my desk to work on my legs, arms and shoulders and during my gym work at home. Just gotta keep my son from stealing them because he loves them too.

Lightest band is too light if you usually work out, but great if you don’t, or if you’re recovering from an injury. Medium and hard bands are awesome. Good product.

El producto llegó antes de lo esperado y sigue funcionando a la perfección.No han perdido resistencia, ni se han roto. Son de un material grueso y durable comparado con otras bandas que he probado anteriormente.

El producto llegó en tiempo y forma que se dijo desde el principio, las bandas justo como se muestran en las fotos. Hace poco compré unas bandas similares en una tienda de artículos para rehabilitación solamente dos bandas más caras que las tres juntas incluyendo los gastos de envío; además no se compara la calidad del producto con las bandas Prosource que son de una mejor calidad a simple vista. Gracias prosource desde México.

in PT I had not used the loops, but decided to try these at home, and attached them to my treadmill, and work out my arms as I am walking, and I am pleased with the progress.
