The silcon tore off of the plastic on both of them. Spend the extra money for name brand.

I needed extra pump parts for my Medela "Pump-in-Style," and I actually like these shields better than the original ones that came with the pump. The silicone/rubber lip around the rim seems to help lock in more suction when I pump. Good deal!

The white part is very soft and makes the experience much more comfortable. Definitely worth it.

The oval shape and soft rim are the most gentle and easiest shields to have on the boobs. The only small complaint I have is that the soft rim gets stuck in the bra when I try to put it on to pump. I now put the shields on and push through to the outside of the bra then connect the collection side in the outside and that saves a lot of hassle.
