The Purolator filter looks identical to the OE Tesla filter. Fitment was perfect. It says "Febreze" but it is not scented. Don't forget a can of Kool-It to clean the evaporator!!

**Great Alternative to OEM Filters for Tesla Model 3**I recently switched to this air cabin filter for my Tesla Model 3, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. At $6 less than the OEM filters from Tesla, it’s a cost-effective alternative that performs just as well. Tesla charges $17 per filter and you need 2 of them for a Model 3.The installation process was straightforward and seamless, with no issues fitting the filter into the cabin. The filter does an excellent job of maintaining air quality inside the vehicle, and I haven’t noticed any difference in performance compared to the original Tesla filter.The other "carbon" filters on amazon don't last a long time, only a few months before the air starts smelling stale again. These filters I have had for several months now in the summer months using AC every day and the air has constantly been as fresh as when the car was brand new.If you're looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on quality, this filter is a fantastic choice. It’s a win-win: you save money without sacrificing the effectiveness of your cabin air filtration system.

The time came for cabin air filter replacement (car was roughly 11000 miles). Basically, moisture condenses when you run the AC. If not allowed to dry, this can lead to mildew development. I ran the AC on the car with recirculate 95-100% of the time, which I have since adjusted that behavior and turn off the recirculation more regularly.Signs that the filter needed changing -1. Musty, mildew smell from the vents2. Less pronounced if you turned off air recirculationDon't need to get a filter with all of the fancy "HEPA" claims. This works great. Save yourself a little money.A couple of tips:Take your time. Have your tools nearby for ease of reach. Work in a well-lit area.Get some condenser coil cleaner. I used Simple Green for condenser cleaning (which I got from Home Depot). Make sure it is a self-rinsing cleaner, regardless of brand.After you take the filter out, spray those condenser with the cleaner.Allow it to sit for 10-20 minutes.While letting it sit, head to the frunk cover and remove the plastic cover.Once 10-20 minutes have elapsed, turn on the fan (no AC, no recirculation, no new cabin air filter). Take some Lysol, MicroBan, or other disinfectant and spray it into the cabin air intake with the fan running on max. Douse it and be generous with the spray. Run it for at least 5-6 minutes, let it dry out the intake, vents, and condenser.Install new filters, close everything up.You're done!This will be my go-to filter in the next 11,000-12,000 miles.Highly recommend.

Excellent products. Product very similar to OEM Tesla parts. Made in Germany which ironically so are the OEM filters.Perfect fitment and so easy to do when following their video instructions.

These are hands down the best non OEM cabin filters you can buy for your Tesla. Made in Germany just like the OEM ones, and they fit and perform just as well, if not better. Stay away from the cheaper and inferior made in China variants, as they will not offer the same level of performance and longevity. On the contrary to what others have stated, installation is actually quite easy. Yes, you have to work underneath the passenger side footwell, and yes it’s a bit tight, but nothing out of the ordinary when it comes too changing cabin filters. Took me 15min with everyday hand tools. All in all, very pleased with these filters, from a reputable and respected brand.
