Purolator Boss oil filters are simply the best out there, in my opinion. Peruse the videos showing cross-sectional comparisons of the popular oil filters out there and this variant comes out on top nearly universally. Metal filter end-caps, quality sealing rings and back-flow valves, heavy gauge shells and fully synthetic media put it in the top tier of the segment. My only regret is that they aren't more available through local sources. Thankfully, I can usually find the sizes I need on Amazon with Prime delivery. These are the only filters I use for the applications where they Purolator offers them.

My engine is happier with this oil filter upgrade. Much better than the factory OEM filter. I'll be using this from now on.

A 6 meses y mi aceite no se ve negro, si ha oscurecido pero no como con otros filtros.Traigo el 14776, y compré este por ser más largo.

Product arrived with box torn and no plastic cover over the filter.

I change my own oil just to get the quality filter and oil. Purolator is definitely top three and I'm proud to have it protecting my cars engine. The performance is superb and the fit is perfect with excellent grip. This filter performs better than the orange brand and shows no signs of leakage. I would buy this performance for again and will in two months hopefully on subscribe and save.

I used this filter for my last oil change. Size and fitment were both correct and installation was straightforward. The materials used in and build of this filter are top quality. No leaks. I use Royal Purple full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil with a quart of Lucas full synthetic oil stabilizer and the filter is preforming well.
