No template , no instructions in packaging,no insert to hide the cuts you make that always come out imperfect. Other problems as well.

Received this mailbox cover and installed it fast and much easier than I expected. In the past, I ordered another brand and the holes did not line up. This plate installed without a fight. The antique brass color has a gorgeous finish. If I had to reorder (hope this one lasts ten years), I would order this plate again.

Great look and fit, just a bit stiff, which causes it hard to slide the mail in. Hopefully, it will loosen up over time.
