I put these in a vase as decor in my bathroom. They certainly don't look real but are a nice deep color and add a great splash of colour.

These are perfect sunflower impersonators, exactly as pictured, and I don't know what to do with them. These aren't flexible fakes. The stems are formidable butunyielding. They're shipped as stalks and they identify as stalks. They're vertically flexible - lots of height options are available - but they're not bendy. And I think I've worked out why...The production budget is 99% flower heads. And that's why they're such a good likeness. The heads and stalks are packaged separately, which makes sense. And it's up to us to affix the heads onto the stalks.NB: If there are any children about whose eagerness to learn about the miracle of conception exceeds their cognitive-emotional capacity to hear the nasty truth, invite them to watch the coupling.I recommend a visual tutorial over a hands on approach; the flower's plastic aperture is a none too sturdy haphazard die cut which must nevertheless be thrust onto the sturdy stalk with decisive aplomb. A subtly tactile-audible 'pop' ensues, signaling that flower and stem are mated for life and let no man put asunder etc etc. There's an element of precision to this mating manoeuvre which might prove challenging in younger hands, and not all couplings are successful; some heads fail to pop (loose opening). We mustn't shame the loose flower heads but we do have to be realistic - they're literal misfits, incapable of monogamy without our help. I used Elmers Glue on three fallen flowers. Two bonded successfully but one kept popping off the stalk. I eventually placed her, sans stem, in a dried flower arrangement. The trouble with these is the beastly stems. They're too fat and inflexible to work well in arrangements with other flowers and they look silly on their own because i can't manipulate their massive heads into a real bouquet.I tried alternative lengths but the pre-cut increments are too far apart so there was no coherence. The arrangements I'm best at are highly manipulated, like flowers.in my opinion, artificial flowers, even the affordable ones, are worthless if only the flowers are reproduced. Artificial flowers and plants shouldn't only look like their authentic counterparts, they should act like them too.Minus the dying of course.,

It's almost perfect. The green leaves though are too small and too short given the huge flower heads and they make the whole thing look very odd and more unnatural then have to. Lost a star ⭐ on this review due to leaves.
