The plastic laminate around the clover is clear with no air bubbles. The clover is a deep green color and the leaves are fully intact.

As I was doom-scrolling Amazon one evening, mentally preparing for my next impulsive purchase, I stumbled upon this good luck bookmark. I love books. I love the idea of good luck. And with an upcoming casino trip looming, I figured why not hedge my bets with a preserved four-leaf clover? Enter: the card of luck.Now, the universe initially laughed at me and said it wouldn’t arrive in time for the trip. Okay, fine, maybe the luck doesn’t kick in until it's physically in your possession. (Seems like a technicality, but whatever.)Then—bam! Two days before the trip, it showed up like a mysterious talisman on a quest to change my fate. Clearly, the luck had begun. I pulled it out, did a small ritual involving hopeful whispering and imaginary leprechauns, then tucked it securely in my wallet.The Journey Begins…At the casino, we skipped the mile-long front desk line and checked in via kiosk. Victory! We received a little slip with our room info and... proceeded to spend 45 minutes wandering the halls like confused Sims. Not very lucky. But hey, the charm was still nestled safely in my wallet. Maybe it just needed time to charge, or had to be in hand to work, no big deal.When we finally found our room we discovered we’d been downgraded. Roughly 400 square feet of our paid for room dreams: gone. But no worries, the point of this trip was to capitalize on my new found luck out on the casino floor not spend it in our room.Off to the casino floor, where I found my slot machine. You know the one. My ride-or-die. My gambling BFF. I pulled out my charm, held it reverently in my hand, and dove in.The lights flashed. The music played. My heart swelled.My money? No longer mine, but part of that little pile of the casino gods.As if to really drive the irony home, the next morning we discovered our card had been skimmed at the kiosk. Fraudulent charges had started rolling in before we even lost our first $20 bill on those fake Jackpot Bonuses. So, yeah, it felt like our literal luck had been stolen.Final Thoughts:I’m not saying this card is cursed, but I am saying the only real good luck was that it arrived on time. I'm thinking this card may only offer a one time use on good luck before turning your luck completely on it's head. I'm fairly certain there is a lesson here.Pros:- Arrived early!- Pretty and bookish- Wallet-sized confidence booster (for a few hours)Cons:- Possibly used all its magic getting here- Did not prevent losing money, getting downgraded, or identity theft- Still haven’t won a single thingIf you’re going to buy this bookmark, treat it like a once-in-a-lifetime good luck charm: break out in case of real emergencies. Otherwise, it’s just a stylish little piece of clover-shaped false hope that will at least keep my place in my book.It’s cute, it showed up early, I wanted to believe… but it did not deliver on its promises of mystical luck. Still, I’m not mad. Just… disappointed in a charming way.

This real four leaf clover card is perfect if you want to give that special someone in your life a little extra luck! It came packaged very nicely in a little paper card for gift giving. The clover is well laminated and done very well. It looks like a real clover to me, not a fake or plastic one. Definitely a cool little conversation piece and everyone can use a little extra luck!

Love the clover card, I keep it with me for luck always! I would not keep this in sunlight as that would cause it to fade. This is the perfect size to keep in your wallet, the same size as a credit card although not nearly as sturdy or stiff.
