I got about a year out of this until my cat realized he could chew through it and escape. He’s a velociraptor, always testing the perimeter for weakness. If your fur baby is less of a demon, I think this is a really great product.

Feeding the rope through; it honestly took half a day and I just wound up abandoning the idea, I have a bit of a shake and it's very hard, while I don't understand why it wasn't done on the production level, it turned out to not be necessary. I have it up without it. It's sturdy enough, my set-up has lasted a stormy week with no issues. It is nylon, which is just fancy plastic, so the long-term durability is probably going to be fine. I will probably uninstall it over the winter so it doesn't get damaged from the icy weather, but the cat's don't go out in the winter anyways. It's solid, no real complaints with it.

It works but it gets very tangled and not that straight forward to put up.

Closer to dollar-store fishing line than protective netting - item was torn from shipping, wouldn't trust my cat climbing it at all.

Top quality item. I have 6 cats and wrapped up my balcony with this very cleanly. Cats enjoy the balcony now, while I’m certain they won’t run after a squirrel/bird 💕
