Super cute and fun. It feels good in your hand. It is sturdy and well-made. I would have had no problem storing it in the freezer , if I had bought it for myself . The lettering does not look like it will come off over time. The barrel case that it comes in is cute but does not seem practical. It's too big to put in a cabinet with other glasses. I suppose it serves a purpose in protecting the glass from breaking, but it seems like overkill. But, if you like that kind of thing you will love it. The barrel case is a hard plastic and could be used for storing other other things. Coincidentally, I went to a birthday party and the birthday boy/man also received one of these and he loved it and all the party participants got a big kick out of it.

Perfect gift for today’s 40 year old! The beer barrel is comes in is perfect for holding the glass and protecting it when not in use. The info on the glass is exactly what this gift is all about and a great ride back on memory lane. Very unique for a beer loving friend that’s turning 40. Excellent quality and very reasonable price, I recommend adding!

I find it hard to believe my son will be turning 40 soon! This is the perfect gift for someone who likes beer and who has a sense of humor. The glass itself has a nice weight to it and will fit a nice amount of brew. The printing on the glass is easily readable and reading the "back in 1985" surely brings back memories of that time period. The barrel case and bottle opener, that also reads 1985, is nice addition. All of this comes very nicely packed in a gift box. Overall, the value is good, especially when they offer a coupon!
