The ad wasn't clear as to how these would work but apparently, if you have an extra port available on a POE injector you can send twice the ampacity through an ethernet cable to two cameras. I had an electronic splitter at the camera end that worked until it didn't. This was a low cost option that was worth a try And it worked better than the failed device had!

Hooked it just as the paper showed. One unit goes to the DVR the other goes to the cameras be aware you need 2 short cat 5 cables for the camera ends if you dont it wont work

They work great so far. Adding two cameras to one Ethernet cable is easy as pie with these!

I added 2 additional cameras to my newly upgraded system with these with out crawling through the attic. I would recommend upgrading your NRV firmware before installing.
