DOES NOT FIT MAZDA CX5 - unless the passenger is 5'4 or something.My wife is 5'9 I am 6'2, neither of us can fit in the passenger seat when the car seat is installed as rear facing.If you're around 5'2 ish, you may be OK.5 stars because the swivel is neat

I LOVE THIS SEAT! Have purchased this seat twice now and and just as happy as I was with the first one for my first child. I love the way it anchors in, so easy to install, and you just rotate to go from rear to forward facing so no reinatallation necessary! I also find it saves my back and was super handy to get the kids in when someone inevitably parks too close in a parking lot! Bonus: So easy to wash! I have taken the fabric off and machine washed multiple times and it still looks great!

We purchased these for ease of use, getting infant & toddlers into these seats and adjusting straps is easy when the seat is turned. Longer trips the kids like choosing which direction they face. Adjusting the height is also incredibly easy. All in all we love this car seat and currently have 4 of them. If you are wondering if the gold is worth it let me say a million times yes it is, for the accident replacement coverage alone. We just had our vehicle hit in a fluke 3 car accident. Everyone is fine no injuries. My toddler commented “a car bonked our car.”.Customer service was wonderful and helpful. Chat with someone basic information needed, photos of the seats labels, damage of the vehicle emailed and boom replacement seats mailed out same day. No fuss no muss. And no limit for seat replacements, should (knock on wood) our vehicle be in any other accidents. Can’t ask for better customer service.

Love my car seat. I’m a small short woman so lifting my child in and out of the car constantly is hard on my body.The fact that it spins is so helpful, my kid is always perfectly positioned, no struggling with straps or bonking their head when trying to get him in or out of the car.I originally had a Jeep Wrangler and it did fit in the backseat, which is a bonus.(My husband likes to sit with his seat all the way back & super reclined so it didn’t work while he was driving but when I drove & had my seat in a normal position it fit just fine).The one benefit I love is that when you are parked & waiting in the car you can turn the seat inward towards you. This helped so much when I was first postpartum. I wasn’t ready to go into stores so my husband would quickly pop in & I waited in the car with my son. If he fussed or needed a bottle I could spin the seat towards me to attend to him.Also from my research, the gold version has life time warranty. This is what really sets it apart from the non gold version. Worth the extra money.
