This is the fourth book I am reading from the author. Three are very powerful books(fourth is rehash of the three) I highly recommend you read if you suffer from FFF & stress in situations where many other cruise through. These books are already helping me live a bit better life than before I read them. I have started to go easy on myself as I understand I inherited/developed in early childhood due to environment, a highly sensitive amygdala. Life is becoming much more peaceful these days. The books give concrete steps on identifying various types of anxious situations & coping mechanism. Although identifying is taking practice as well as remembering the coping for that situation, knowing that it is not me, but my amygdala is so helpful. If you are struggling from anxiety & OCD due to it, pls read. Bless the hands that took time to write these books & making difference in so many lives.Three Books:1. Taming your amygdala2. I bought this book for a very specific purpose, and that was anxiety linked to rumination. I found the book very accessible and well-written. I also found that reading the book aloud really resonated with me and I was actually able to bring down my anxiety by a substantial amount. Definitely was not something I was expecting.
