The buckles routinely un-buckle when using the bag as a backpack. One experience that started my search for a new bag brand was when walking into the office the backpack strap buckles unclipped and the bag fell off my back to the pavement damaging my MacBook denting the mental frame. Overall the bag works good for the bike.

I've been commuting most days with this bag clipped to an Ibera Touring Carrier rack for a couple months now, and it's generally an excellent bag. There aren't a lot of options for bags that carry comfortably on-body as a backpack and off-body on a bike, and this is by far the most affordable of the decent choices, and has a number of nice features.Capacity is large enough to easily hold everything for a day even if you're packing a lunch or some tools, but without being unreasonably bulky. Pocket layout is pretty good - I wouldn't mind a few pen sleeves but the internal partitions and external pouches do a decent job keeping small items from getting lost, taking care of water bottles and covers, etc.I didn't expect to be as enamored of the fold-out external helmet sling as I've become, but it's now something I use every day and miss when I have a helmet and another bag - it's a really good solution.The rack attachment system is good - it drops on easily and attaches solidly without any shifting or noises - but clipping the lower straps can be a little bit of a hassle unless you're in just the right position to reach in, and not clipping them leaves them dangling near your spokes.Waterproofing is excellent even without the included cover, and the included cover can safely get the contents through some truly inclement conditions.I see only very minor signs of wear - a few loose strands of fabric on the inside near the zipper seams, and a little wear on the logo - for being used heavily for months, which is a good sign.The one thing that is slightly unfortunate is that the conversion between pannier and backpack is not super fast, can be a bit of a hassle, and is all-or-nothing. Because of the design of the zipper and flap to stow or fix the backpack straps, you can't just flip one strap out to carry it, you have to fully flip out both straps and zip the flap closed, and likewise pannier configuration requires throughly tucking the flap and straps. It means for short trips on foot I usually just carry it by the loop, and sometimes hook it over elevator grab bars and such if convenient.

Es de buena calidad, tiene varios compartimentos, es cómoda, tiene malla para el casco y capa impermeable para el agua, aunque creo que resiste una lluvia ligera.

After less than a month of use (about 2 weeks' worth of use), it already has a hole in the seam.

I've used this Rhinowalk bag now for two weeks taking it on a trip to NYC and DC and commuting by bike a cumulative total of 50 miles so far. It is a well-constructed bag. All the components, buckles, hooks, zippers and fabric are strong and put up with a laptop, bike helmet and several accessories with no problems.I really appreciate how easily it converts from a backpack to pannier bag. It's simple to attach and remove to the bike rack and very secure while riding. There are multiple pouches and pockets which allow me to keep smaller pieces of gear organized. It also fits nicely underneath an airline seat as a carry-on bag, with a helmet by the way. I accidently dropped the bag the other day on concrete while walking and the padded laptop sleeve protected the laptop, no damage. This bag is well worth the investment.
