I've been searching and searching for a Viking compass "Vegvisir" with Elder Futhark around the rim just like this to carry in my pocket as a sort of quick reference and reminder when needed. This simple keychain has been the best I've found to date.The markings appear to be formed by laser carbon migration, so time will tell how long these last or if they will be rubbed off. Impressed/engraved would be a preferred method for longevity. However the Vegvisir orientation is correct and the Futhark is shown without errors or duplications. The reminder on the back of bravery, strength, intelligence, and love is a welcome addition. Definitely a nice, simple piece that would be a good gift.

Was looking for a fun way to show some Viking/Celtic pride. I saw this neat keychain. Some cool laser engraving design on one side, and some inspiring words on the flip size.Pros:- sharp and clear laser engraving- comes in black velvet pouch (nice touch)- nice sized keyring- durable keyringCons:- noneProduct Packaging and Aesthetics:Shiny stainless looking metal. A very nice touch to come within a nice velvet pouch.
